TEAM JETT IN 2026

Team Jett is an athletic fundraising program of the Jett Foundation, a Norwell-based nonprofit dedicated to empowering individuals and families impacted by Duchenne muscular dystrophy.

Duchenne is the most common fatal pediatric genetic disorder. Caused by a mutation affecting dystrophin, it is a progressive neuromuscular disease that leads to loss of motor, pulmonary, and cardiac function — and ultimately, premature death. Approximately 15,000 people in the United States are currently living with Duchenne. There is no cure.

Team Jett athletes raise critical funds to support families through advocacy, education, direct service programs, and community-building initiatives. The Jett Foundation provides summer camps for individuals with Duchenne and other neuromuscular disorders, educational programs (online and in person), family support groups, assistance securing accessible vehicles, emergency financial support, and more.
