The course begins with a swim at Sandy Beach followed by a fast bike course that winds through historic Cohasset, and concludes with a scenic run along the waterfront on Jerusalem Road.
The .25 mile ocean swim is in a protected a cove called Sandy Beach. It will be in water no deeper than 9 feet. Water temperatures average 62 degrees. Wetsuits highly recommended. In the event of poor swim conditions, the race director and the Cohasset Harbor Master reserve the right to shorten, alter or eliminate the swim course.
This 14 mile one loop bike will take athletes through gorgeous sections of Cohasset and North Scituate.
This 3 mile run takes athletes around Little Harbor - using Atlantic, Beach Street, Main Street, and Jerusalem Roads.
