The Fastest Transition Award Presented by Sweathouz

For a little extra fun on race day, we’ll combine your T1 and T2 transition times to determine who truly moves the fastest through transition.

T1 (Swim-to-Bike): After the swim, head to the transition area, remove your wetsuit, gear up (helmet on!), and run your bike to the mount line before hopping on.

T2 (Bike-to-Run): After the ride, rack your bike, switch into your running gear, and head out for the final leg.

The top 3 men and top 3 women with the fastest combined transition times will each receive two complimentary 1-hour sessions at any Boston-area Sweathouz location - where athletes can experience the power of contrast therapy with sauna heat followed by a cold plunge.

Note: This award is for athletes in the individual category only. Relay participants are not eligible.
