OUR FOUNDER

WELCOME TO THE COHASSET TRI!

I'm glad to have you here. Cohasset has become the “go-to” sprint triathlon in New England and it’s one of the biggest around.

Cohasset offers a cool mix of a beautiful and challenging course, along with a friendly, competitive vibe. Whether you’re new to triathlons or a more experienced triathlete, it’s got a big race feel with a touch of class.

I am super passionate about this race and I am lucky to have an awesome team of race coordinators and volunteers. Together, we’re all working hard to make sure you your race day experience is top-notch.

As the Race Director, I have witnessed some of life's beautiful and often challenging lessons. Mitch Albom, a sports columnist from my home state of Michigan, summed it up best for me: "The way you get meaning into your life is to devote yourself to your community and devote yourself to creating something that gives you purpose and meaning."

The Cohasset Triathlon has given many of us just that. I hope it will do the same for you.
